    Tried for 7-10 days to obtain a different vehicle but unsuccessful in obtaining a dealer exchange with another dealer. I assume other dealers would not exchange. ended up paying more than I wanted by purchasing the last vehicle of this type on the lot.

    I'm satisfied with the over all visit but what can be frustrating is even when the problem is apparently known you guys want to do diagnostics one day and then have the vehicle brought back another to be fixed which isnt always possible. Most people cannot take multiple days off work to do this. We were there for a tail light replacement. This was something GM had already diagnosed and knew the issue and was covering the replacement but you still wanted me to come back another day to have it replaced. I was unable to do so, so I am glad they agreed to replace it the same day since they had one there. My suggestion would be to better streamline your process and cut out the need for multiple trips for you customers. Knowing I cant get simple issues fixed the same day makes me more inclined to seek services elsewhere.
